6. Sales tax is applied to shipping within Canada only and varies with each province
7. All sales are Final Sale. There are no returns or exchanges.
8. Colour Accuracy - We try to capture the colour and detail as accurately as possible, but some colour variation may occur between the image displayed and the actual work. We also cannot guarantee how accurate the artwork will display on your computer or device.
9. Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights
Artist retains the intellectual property and all copyright and reproduction rights. Purchase of an artwork does NOT allow for any reproduction or commercial use of the artwork.
10. Duties & Taxes - Generally speaking, artwork is duty-free entering the USA. In the event
that Customs duties, taxes, or Customs clearance fees (current as of December 2024) are
charged, these costs will be absorbed by us - Please email us with particulars for reimbursement. However, in the event of changes to US Policy (e.g. 25% tariff on Canadian goods) we will make every attempt to provide alternate arrangements.
11. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions, to change prices, to update information or to cancel orders at any time without prior notice.

These Fine Art reproduction prints are produced from high-precision digital colour imaging, and are printed to museum-quality standards using enhanced 12-colour, archival pigment ink technology.
